Your pipeline should not depend on you remembering to prospect.
I run your outbound: the lists, the buying signals, the sending infrastructure, the sequences and the reply routing. Not a project that ends with a handover document - an engine I keep feeding, tuning and fixing every week, so the calls keep arriving whether you are in a demo, on a plane, or asleep.
What I actually run for you
Four parts. Each one is the reason the previous one does not get wasted. Most outbound fails at part one and then blames the copy.
The list, and the signal on top of it
Your ICP pulled from your actual closed deals, not from a vibe. Then a signal layer on top: new funding, a relevant hire, a job change into a buying seat, a technology they just adopted. Every contact verified before it is ever sent to, because a 6% bounce rate is what kills a sending domain.
Cold email that lands in the inbox
Separate sending domains with real warmup, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set correctly, and a hard per-domain daily cap. Sequences written around the prospect's problem, not around your founding story. Suppression lists so nobody gets pitched twice and no existing customer ever gets a cold email.
LinkedIn running in parallel, at a human pace
Connection requests and messages on a deliberately slow cadence, with a minimum gap per person, so the account never looks automated and never gets restricted. First-degree connections are excluded from cold sequences by default. Your network is an asset, not a list to burn.
Replies that reach a human in minutes
Every reply classified, enriched and routed, with a draft response waiting for your approval. Sequences auto-pause the moment someone answers. This is the part agencies skip, and it is where most of the pipeline is lost: a hot reply sitting unread for three days is a dead deal.
How the engagement runs
Month one stands the engine up. After that it is a standing operation, because outbound is not a thing you finish. Domains age, lists decay, inboxes change their rules, and the message that worked in March stops working in June.
Stood up and sending
ICP mined from your closed-won and closed-lost. Domains bought and warming in week one, because warmup is the one thing that cannot be rushed later. First segments verified, sequences written and approved by you, reply routing wired into your CRM and Slack, suppression loaded before a single send.
Fed, tuned and watched
New segments built as the old ones are worked through. Copy adjusted on what actually replied, not on opinion. Deliverability checked before it becomes a problem rather than after. Replies triaged and drafted for you daily.
Reviewed on numbers
What was sent, what replied, what booked, what closed. Which segment is worth more of the budget and which one gets retired. If a month does not justify the next one, you should be able to see that from the same report I do.
What this is not
- Not a one-off build. Anyone who sets outbound up and hands you the keys has sold you a system that degrades from day one. Domains age, lists go stale, providers change the rules. This is a standing engagement because the work is standing work.
- Not an AI SDR that runs itself. The research and the routing are automated. The judgement, the calls and the closing stay yours.
- Not 10,000 emails a month. Volume is what got everyone's domains blacklisted. A tighter list sending less books more.
- Not infrastructure held hostage. Ongoing does not mean locked in. Accounts are in your name, lists are yours, sequences and automations stay documented, so the month you decide to run it in-house you can.
- Not a fit below roughly €200k ARR unless you have funding and a clear ICP. Before that, you should be doing this manually and learning what works.

What is AI lead generation, exactly?
Using software to do the parts of prospecting that are pattern matching: finding companies that match your ICP, watching them for buying signals, verifying contact data, writing the first-draft personalisation and routing replies. The judgement calls stay human. Anyone selling you a fully autonomous AI SDR is selling you bounced email.
Does cold outreach still work in 2026?
Yes, at much lower volume than three years ago. Inbox providers now punish spray-and-pray, so the win comes from a tighter list and a per-domain sending cap, not from more sends. The systems I build cap at roughly 25 sends per domain per day and still book calls, because the list is right.
Do you send on my domain?
No. Cold outreach runs on separate sending domains with their own warmup, so a deliverability mistake can never touch your main company email. That separation is set up in the first month and maintained for as long as we run.
Why is this ongoing instead of a one-off setup?
Because outbound decays. Sending domains need continuous warmup and reputation management, lists go stale within weeks, inbox providers change their filtering rules without telling anyone, and a sequence that booked calls in March will underperform by June. A setup handed over and left alone is worth less every week. The engagement is ongoing because the work genuinely is.
What do you need from me?
Most of the input is in the first month: a session on your best closed deals, access to your CRM and inbox tooling, and sign-off on the messaging. After that it is roughly an hour a week to approve drafted replies and read the review, plus taking the calls that get booked.
What happens if I stop?
You keep everything. Accounts are in your name, the lists are yours, the sending domains are yours, and the sequences and automations are documented so your team can run them. Ongoing is how the work is priced, not a way to make leaving expensive.
