What do I need to prepare?
A CRM export (CSV is fine) for the last 90 days of deals, recent cold-outbound stats if you do outbound, and a link to your calendar. That's it.
Is the €500 refundable?
No - but you never leave empty-handed. You keep the report and the 90-day fix plan whatever you decide, and the full €500 is credited against a Build if you move forward.
What if I don't want to proceed to a Build?
Totally fine. Roughly 40% of Audits stop there - founders run the fixes themselves. The report is designed to be executable without me.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. A mutual NDA is part of the intake if you want one - just tick the box.
